I thought it ironic that I’m an active ambassador for the ANZ FebuSave initiative, today is the first day for the month long campaign, and today my car gets towed away with possible drive-shaft issues! Hmmm – that sounds like an expensive fix. I have always been one to ensure there’s enough savings available for those rainy days, when those unexpected expenses that you have not budgeted for crop up. We still prefer not to have them but they do happen!

Here is my poor Suby car off to the mechanic and I’ll wait for the diagnosis. What expense will I incur? What if it can’t be fixed or it’s not worth fixing? Stay tuned...
