e-Books Launched - Social Media Guides

What started during 2009 as a 6 page document I offered to clients after I’d set them up on various social media platforms, grew quickly into what was launched yesterday, as a 32 page ‘Social Media Set Up Guide for Small Business’ and a 24 page ‘Social Media Support Guide’ for Small Business. By developing this document into a presentable, informative e-book, it has opened the doors for further product and service development. The following were also launched together with the e-books, The Premium Social Media Package and an Affiliate Program has been set up for these services and products. I’m thrilled to see the support of a number of industry contacts who have already signed up as affiliates!

Social Media e-Books for Small Business

I am also extremely grateful for the Testimonials provided by Iggy Pintado, Terri Cook, Angela Esnouf and Kim Wood and thank them for their time. A special mention also needs to go to Jonathan Brillantes from www.webbies.com.au who designed the banners, e-book covers and made it all happen! They look sensational and I’ve received many comments.

It really has been an exciting time plunging into the world of e-commerce and a huge learning curve.

Keep an eye out for more products and services COMING SOON!

Lead Generation Statistics

I’ve always loved statistics and with a background in Quality Assurance it’s no surprise that I have always monitored my KPIs and kept a record of every inquiry and lead conversion since I started trading back in late 2005.

I recently decided to review the source of all my inquiries during this period. I knew that many leads seemed to be coming from my activity on social media these days and this perception was proved correct as can be seen in the data presented below.

Some background information to the statistics above:

·
I have only been actively involved in social media networking during the past 15 months.
· Up until recenlty, due to circumstances, I’ve not needed to attend face-to-face networking events and have only attended one function.
· Referrals generated from initial social media contacts are included within the social media data and not ‘Referral’ data.

I have been astonished at the power of the three social media platforms I use (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) and how they complement each other beautifully. It has allowed me to create a fabulous network and I’ve met some inspiring people in business during this 15 month period.
